Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Flat rate of $3.99 for orders under $25.00. We offer FREE shipping on USA orders over $25.
Q: Why can't I get the quantity that I want of an item?
A: The item may be out of stock temporarily or completely sold out. If you need more please fill out a contact form before placing your order and we will check on more inventory here in our studio.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We ship within 24 hours of cleared payment except on Sundays and holidays.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Service Page and click on Account History. This page lists all your orders. Click on the date of the order that you wish to view.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
